1/3 block of Velveeta Cheese, cubed

1/3 c milk

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Any combination of fresh or frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots

Steam veggies in a pan with 1-2 inches of water for 10 minutes.

Cut cheese into cubes. In separate pan, add milk and Worcestershire sauceto cheese. Melt on low heat and keep stirring so cheese doesn't burn.

Drain water from veggies and add cheese sauce.

Mr. Engineer's Opinion:
The meatloaf has wonderful flavor, but was a little too dry. I either cooked it too long, or didn't use enough liquid ingredients. The cheesy vegetables, on the other hand, were very soupy. Next time, I will let the veggies dry out more after draining the water. The mashed potatoes were a huge hit, and we especially loved the flavor boost of the ranch dip!
